Almatic Syringes Labeler

It is a semiautomatic labeling machine made for a global watch manufacturer from Switzerland. The machine of the month of February 2017 is ALmatic.

The client needed to label syringes containing lubricants for the mechanisms in the watches. The label had to be put in a specific place on the syringe and additionally printed with variable data during the labeling process. The delivered device is a customized version of the ALmatic machine, equipped with an ALSTep printhead with a SATO LT408 printing module. The device's rollers are designed in the shape of a syringe - providing precise handling, including protruding packaging elements. In addition, the device is equipped with a sensor enabling positioning (orienting) - sticking the label in a specific place on the syringe.
