The customer needed to print and stick labels on cartons coming from the confectioning zones. Machines had to not only print the right data and put them in 1: 1 mode, but also to deal with different sizes of cartons. The machine also had to have a robust construction to cope with 24/7 work. The ALcode machines delivered were connected to the client's IT system, which sends the right data to the machines and stops the cartons under the applicators. The devices are equipped with AC10 applicators that apply the label to the top of the carton, automatically adapting to different package heights. After proper completion of the labeling cycle - the machine automatically informs the master system about this fact and is ready to mark the next carton.
